My name is Adriano Norci, and I am the founder of CrossCircle – a project created to support entrepreneurs in their journey of living and doing business in the Netherlands and now also in the United States.
As an Italian who moved to the Netherlands, I’ve personally experienced the challenges – and opportunities – of starting over in a new country, adapting to a new culture, language, and way of working. This journey, combined with my background in consulting, sales, and operational management, inspired me to create a service that blends practical expertise, human understanding, and reliable guidance.
